This is a three tier wedding cake covered in rolled fondant.. it was then hand piped free hand using a number 1 and number 2 round tip. the boarders are piped ribbon using a 104 rose tip and toped with number 2 tip beads. the crystal is made using a rock candy / edble jewel recipe and dusted from behind with silver dust.
